큰날개파리과(Lauxaniidae, 라우새니이대) (사진에는 동맥류 - Homoneura(호몬유라) 종에 속한 곤충이 있음) 는 파리의 과들 중에 하나로, 전세계에 걸쳐 약 1,800 여종으로 구성되어 있습니다. 일반적으로 각각 작은 편 (5mm/0.20 인치 이하 길이) 이며 겹눈과 보통 밝은 색을 띄고 있습니다. 대다수의 종들은 아시아와 아메리카의 열대지역에서 발견되지만, 온대 지역에서도 더 많이 발견되는 종들도 있습니다.

Lauxaniidae (Homoneura sp. pictured) is a family of flies, consisting of around 1,800 species distributed worldwide. Individuals are generally small (less than 5 mm/0.20 in long) with large compound eyes and often brightly coloured. The majority of species are found in the tropical regions of Asia and the Americas, but species are also found in more temperate regions.
