Halong Bay (하롱 만, 하롱 베이)

중국의 국경 근처에 위치한 통킹(東京, 베트남어-동양의 수도) 만 내의 하롱(泳下龍, 베트남어-용이 내려온) 만은 북부 베트남에 있는 수역(물이 상당수 모여있는 영역)입니다. 이름은 베트남어로 "용이 내려온 만" 이라는 뜻을 가집니다. 이 만은 모놀리스 형(단일체, 돌 하나로 되어 있는)으로 되어 있는 1969 개의 석회암 군집으로 구성되어 있으며, 각각 바다로부터 특별하게 자라난 딱딱한 정글 식물들로 덮어져 있습니다.

Halong Bay (Vịnh Hạ) is a body of water in north Vietnam in the Gulf of Tonkin near the border with China. Its name means "Bay of the Descending Dragon" in Vietnamese. The bay consists of a dense cluster of 1969 limestone monolithic islands, each topped with thick jungle vegetation, which rise spectacularly from the ocean.
