개머리 가자미 (피세타 맥시마 - Psetta maxima) 는 북 대서양, 흑해, 발트해, 지중해가 태생인 덩치가 큰 (100cm/39 in 의 길이와 25kg/55 lb 의 무게) 가자미의 종입니다. 식용 물고기(생선) 으로써 높은 가치를 가지고 있으며, 양식과 트롤(저인망) 어업으로 얻어집니다.

The turbot (Psetta maxima) is a large (up to 100 cm/39 in long and 25 kg/55 lb in weight) species of flatfish native to the North Atlantic, Black Sea, Baltic Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. It is highly prized as a food fish and is acquired through aquaculture and trawling.
